Matter related to Recruitment of Management trainees in Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL) thro

Dear sir/ma’am, I would like to seek Legal Advice on a matter related to Recruitment of Management trainees in Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL) through GATE 2018 (Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering-2018). I would like to start by informing you that Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL) had released advertisement to Recruit Management Trainees (MT-technical) through GATE 2018, for this SAIL had released two window advertisements i.e. first in month of August 2017 before application of GATE 2018 and second one in month of January 2018 before the Examination of GATE 2018, In both window advertisements they had NOT mentioned that candidates having Engineering degrees in Materials science&engineering/technology, Industrial Metallurgy are also eligible to apply for the post of MT (Metallurgy discipline), HENCE WE DID NOT APPLY FOR GATE 2018 (Given the Fact that SAIL had Disqualified candidates from these Engineering Disciplines during MT-2015 recruitment). They released Main Recruitment advertisement in month of February 2018 after completion of GATE 2018 Examination, in which they have INCLUDED Materials science&engineering/technology, Industrial Metallurgy for the post of MT-Technical(Metallurgy discipline),Now as we didn’t apply for GATE 2018 examination we are out of recruitment process, Had SAIL mentioned about these branches in the recruitment advertisements released in August 2017 before application of GATE 2018 we would have also applied for GATE 2018 but this was not followed which has created a miserable situation for us. These unfair practices by SAIL has led to a grievous situation and we have become helpless victim, we are in a situation where we can NOT apply for these posts now, This is sheer injustice to us and we are on brink of loosing another one precious opportunity in a scenario when unemployment is rampant and such opportunities are scarce. I would also like to inform you that I have also tried to resolve this issue by contacting concerned officials at SAIL many times but no satisfactory action has been taken yet, I had also filed Public grievance on PMO PG portal through registration no. MOSTL/E/2018/00018 on15/02/2018,but Reply given by concerned authority is not legitimate and absolutely fails to resolve the grievance. Therefore I would like to seek legal advice on this matter if Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL) could be sued for such a breach and ill-conceived Administration. With Regards.
