Mental herasment by manager at work place

Respected sir, I am Surabhi from bangalore and I need to complain about my husband Akash's manager who works for Bajaj finance as assistant sales manager for personal loan department and he is continuously mentally harassed by his boss Mr. Prashanth. My husband lost his mother last 2 months back and he is still in that deep sorrow and gradually he is overcoming through the situation. But his manager is unable to understand it and he his making him to work till late night and leave other employees home and abuses him with very vulgar language where a person is not supposed to talk. There is no leaves in a whole year they need to work 24/7 in the office and even on week ends as well as government holidays they need to work till late night. Because of this my husband is completely going under depression. If he works till late night 11 pm and comes back home also due to some or the other reason they will call him to office immediately if he does not listen to there words they will force him to resign the job and go home. They have particularly targeted my husband as he works promptly and he is a very hard working person. Dear sir he is just 26 now and he has lost his mother also kindly help me to make him survive or else I can loose him. Thanking you Warm regards...
