Terminating with out intimation and no pay

Dear friends, Hi I'm into hotel industry and I'm in this field from past 18 yrs and now I'm a manager to a bar and restaurant in Hyderabad. My concern is I had been terminated from my job in the evening of 22nd May 2018. With out any intimation or any notice period and the company is not ready to pay me my salary for which I worked. Here in this company I haven't got any appointment letter nor a terminating letter. As I asked for the reason of the terminating me they said as the management had been changed we are recruiting new staff so only we are terminating you from your duties. As my father was ill from past few months I had to take a leave on ten days in this month with the intimation I had taken, and requested for an salary advance for the last month which had been given. And now when I ask for a notice period and my present worked days salary they are saying that they will not pay. So what should I do now to get my salary and I had asked for 2 months salary . I was in this organisation from past 5 months as its a new firm.
