Finantial fraud

Hii....respected sir. Befor two years back...i was working to one civil engeeried person...in his own office temporarily. that person is very familiar with me already. N i trust him.N thinking him like brother. In his office his bussiness partner also working. N he. working as his agent and marketing person for his products. this marketing person tells me that diff.products and schemes to me as i get aware of that. One day he tells one investment scheme for good investment option to me. He tells me to provide legal bond for that. i invest 50k.as return 70 k.one year. I gave money to that marketing person in hand. after that....both persons telling me thanks for investing money. N both agrreing to prepare legal bond. ....but taking time...tht there are also investor to come. N i wll get my bond for all common format with them. After few days.... the bussines disputes with them the agent left job....n didnt get my bond either. they both purposly avoiding to giving me bond. as well as i worked in office for 4 months...i either get didnt get salary in working period. I only get...keep faith..N wait for some period. after....continus demanding....1.5 year latter i get my salary back. N now ....the same condition...for my investment payment....telling he his in loss...not able to pay ..right now. then i creat discussion videos that he agrred to giving my money return n sms , calls. Can i complaint ...with this as cheating me by using my money by telling bogus investment scheme. N not providing me legal bond..as was repetedly asking to give .
