Can a legal proceedings be initiated against me?
Hello everyone,
i am an Advocate and currently working for a firm. i have signed an employment agreement and i am yet not provided with a copy of the same. every month the firm creates some issues and delays my salary payment, as their are no written rules they keep on changing the same every time as per their on convenience and trouble me. they have absolutely no professional working environment as the main boss keeps on abusing and cursing almost every employee and sometimes for no reason at all. the problem here s i have signed an agreement wherein a clause was mentioned that i will have t serve a notice period of 3 months after i submit my resignation.
1. she will not accept my resignation easily as i the am one who is currently handling the Litigation department.
2. she might even further delay my payments or will refuse to pay me.
3. i don't have a copy of my employment agreement, after requesting for the same, my boss said that she has lost it and we will re - print again and sign it. i am sure she will change the clauses and will force me to sign.
currently my 3months salary is on stake and i am planning to the firm after i receive the same. i don't want o serve that 3 months notice period as that will only put my notice period's salary on stake.
i am an advocate, can i be retained as an employee and be bonded like this?
if i leave the firm without serving notice period, will i suffer by any means?.
