Defamation

Sir Recently i have an compromise on the condition that the other party will not use my fake id on facebook in future. And he will delete that account and the photos. But despite of such compromise in the police station the guy had not made his promise fully.He is still using my fake id on the facebook and still the photos of mine with another girl is public in that fake account.due to this me and my family reputation has harmed.iam also facing mental depression bcoz of this from past 6months. Another party is a girl who had also filed a complaint against the same guy for harming her reputation in social media by making her fake ids in facebook whatsapp etc. The compromise between the girl and that guy was also done by the police on the conditions that fake ids and the comments made by him will be deleted but that was not done even after 10days..and the girl has some jwellery that has to be returned by that guy according to the compronise, till 18.5.2018..but he didnt returned that also..basically it was a false compromise by that fraud person. So my question is how the guy would be produced in front of the court for this act and how should we punish him and sue for compensation. Thankyou
