Bonded Labour and Seize of Documents
Dear Sir/Ma'am,
I recently left my job with an IT company 2 months back. I have signed a 2 year bond and also took my original documents.
I left the job after 2 months and as I was under probation and didn't got any training during that period. so i decided to leave the company so can seek for better opportunities. But as i told them that i want to leave they stopped my salary and denied to give me my documents.
Now its been 2 months and they are still holding my one months salary and Educational Documents with them, and even not ready to release them and saying that you will have to give bond amount [which is 2 lac] ,but they did not provided any training. so,why i will give them bond amount.
i also approached them to get things settled and asked them to give me the expense details that they spent on me if any , but they also denied at this and asked for 2 lac then only they release my documents.
Please suggest me what legal actions I can take in this regard.
They are spoiling my career and i do not have any other job because my all documents are held by them [which is restriction of fundamental right ]
and i want to get my all document as soon as possible ,by which i get job as soon as possible
please suggest a way out!
