Is it necessary to give Joining in Illegal Transfer ?

My father was illegally transfer in 2008. He was transfered on false ground of government benefit to harass him with फर्जी कर्मचारी Have all proofs. That It was forceful transfer. Accused Officer forcefully kept empty to transfer my father. 3 Senior officers declared transfer illegal. BUT no one cancelled transfer and kept it pending for one year. When both senior officer was fully awared of illegal act and twice had culprit officers in 2006-2007 doing same. We filled court case, but no one submit real facts of case. Entire department head after declaring transfer illegal. Started issuing order to give joining on illegal transfer to save culprit. BUT my father didn't gave joining and kept complaining about illegal transfer. Culprits delayed case, manipulated case and finally after 5 years forcefully retired my father with doing विभागीय कारवाई | most funny thing, they made strong evidence that called my father in official enquiry but he rejected to accept letters. Department makes this drama cause official enquiry investigation officers are फर्जी कर्मचारी | We filled different RTI, all illegal and wrong information. No certified copy provided by department. We made complain to Human Rights and NCSC, than department submits final report. BUT still real facts hidden and culprits assault and that official enquiry investigation officer is फर्जी कर्मचारी Please Help Us any advocate. THIS is matter of three innocent daughters. not only that my father salary is only means of income. We lost school, life everything. Recently in 2014 sister got government job. but accused making collusion with local post office stole her appointment letter. which is proved in investigation in 2017. but she is also without Sslary/Posting. They giving forcefully illegal retirement. But we deserve all salary from 2008 with justice. Please help. We can show all proofs. We are from Bihar. It's very bad place full of casteism and on HUMANITY.
