Landlord harassing tenants

Hello! These are the highlights of my rent agreement: 1. He gives us a 50" smart tv, oven, bed, ac, other stuff, etc. 2. We give him 10k non-refundable deposit and 20k refundable deposit. 3. Rent is 18k per month plus 2500 maintenance. 4. All minor repairs are at lessee's cost. And major repairs like electrical or water connections, etc are at lessor's cost. 5. We need to give all fixtures and fittings in working condition except in case of damage by uncontrollable force. 6. 2 months notice period before leaving. This is the highlight of my issue: 1. He didn't give us oven. We didn't say anything. 2. His TV stopped working. We called company guy who says 6-7k to fix. 3. Red ants in his house go into switch boards, electrical appliances, etc. They got into tv, and ruined it as explained by the electricians. 4. Landlord comes with local electrician, takes the tv with him to fix it. 5. For 1 month, nothing. Then says tv will take 25-30k to fix. And he will take 2 months before he can tv installed in house. 6. He brings a small, old, horrible tv at home to replace. We say reduce the rent a little for as long as the original tv mentioned is missing. 7. He says no. We say nothing. 8. On a personal understanding, we say we'll give you full rent, but want to leave next month (i.e., 1 month notice) 9. He says okay. We book another flat, pay the booking, etc. 10. Now he's harassing us saying he needs 2 months notice period and that we fix his tv before going. 11. He threatened us saying his uncle is dgp. Remember: he didn't give us everything mentioned in the agreement, his TV broke down due to ants which came to electrical appliances, so no food was spilled, he vanished with tv for a month before saying it will take 25-30k instead of 6-7k. We have been without oven for three and a half months, and without tv for one and a half months. Does he have a case against us? Or do we have a case against him?
