Property was purchased in name of my elder brother by my father when my brother was 3 years old.

1. Property was purchased by my father in name of my elder brother on 1st Apr 1958 by executing sale deed. At that time, my brother was 3 years old. It is not mentioned any will or any special statement in sale deed for my brother only his name is available along with my father name as purchaser. It is only mentioned that property rate was negotiated between father of purchaser and seller and seller is ready to sale it. Please confirm if I as younger brother can claim my share in this property. 2. My grandfather had two sons my elder uncle and my father. My uncle had four sons and my father had two sons my elder brother and me. My father had divided all property of my grandfather equally into total 6 parts to each son in Dec 1960 by family mutual agreement on white paper with revenue stamp and signatures. At that time my father had mentioned in this white paper agreement that property purchased in name of my elder son is the common property for all. Please confirm as a younger son of my father can I claim my share in the property purchased in name of my elder brother by my father.
