Some one has sold the agricultural land which is having our kabza

HI, Need professional advice . Between my father and his brother , there was some agricultural land exchange happens almost 40 years ago. My father has transferred ( I am assuming this , as same has heard from elders in my village ) the land to his brother , however , immediate after that my father expired and his brother has not transferred his part of land to us. Since then we have KABZA of the land which my father brother was suppose to transferred to us , until now (2018 ) suddenly , the person who was plouging the land which we had Kabza died in April 2018 end . Immediately after his death ,my father brother has sold the land without informing us . I am a married women who left the mother house 8 years back ,I do not have any document presently with me , and the other party knows every thing and are playing dirty tricks with me , considering me along and married women who left her mother house long back after getting married. Therefore I would like you advice on what should I do , I believe that there should be some document mentioning this exchange , If they have sold this land then there should be some other land where my parents name appear and which belong to me . Please suggest what legal action I can take , like court stay order .
