I purchased new bike pulsor 150 i received damaged product

I purchased new pulsor 150 at Vinayaka Bajaj authorized dealer of Bajaj auto ltd,I paid 86000 for new bike but I received damaged product from the dealer,I am asking for replacement they told me that once we sold the bike we can't replace even if the bike is damaged product also, on day one my bike was not started I am went to dealer asking the same there is air lock problems with new bike that is not a problem once you used, after 2 days also i am facing same problem again the dealer told me the same reason after checking some basic problem with bike and suggest me to go to our service center if the problem is repeated , again my problem was not not sort out I went to service center two times I am asking for same problem repeated they opened my bike there is problem with carburetor we have to replace with new one and there is some charges if it some parts are not in warranty, I went to dealer asking for bike replacement they behave roughly behaving and told me that there is no replacement for bike once we sold,if the problem is also there ,they told me that what I received from Bajaj that product we selling to customer,we not do any thing on the same thing, I complaint bajaj customer help line they taken my complaint but there is no response from their end, I very much distrubed and unsatisfactory with bike I am middle class I very much struggling for many years purchasing bike but I received damaged product,I I am looking for replace with new bike i am very disappointed due to the same issue I am not concentrate on my job ,I am facing lot of problems with my new bike i am attending late to client meets, suddenly stoped in traffic my back side people are shouted me due to traffic jam with my bike, I went to temple with family,after darshan we will stay till evg with my family on the road due to my bike was not started,I need justice on this issue,please suggest me on this issue , awaiting for ur response Thanks K Naresh Kumar
