Water Disconnection by Housing society

Hello I’m from Banglore . I am a resident of an appartment situated in Banglore .Due to illigal activities and illigal construction done by present society because of it we have not paid maintainces from last 5 months . Society has sent us a notice stating that “as per bye law if dues are not paid within 7Days they would stop providing services” later they has disconnected water supply to our appartment . Their are 240 appartments in our locality where more than 30 appartments are central excise department which few are vacant and also not paid maintaince from 1 or 2 years but society has not disconnected water supply to such residents . Later we complaint to Banglore register society demanding explaination and also local police station to take action against them . Few days later society people sent plumbers and labours to disconnect water supply to such vacant appartments . Our family going through humiliation from past 40 days without water supply .please provide us legal advice what has to be done .
