Family in Dilemna due to the women law misuse

This is my case we've been in a love affair since 2004 and got married with blessings from both our families but now just after one year of marriage my wife starting quarreling to hide her illicit relationships after marriage and or not sure whether she is mentally unstable partly because before and after marriage she used to tell tales that she has been beaten by her tayi ji and elder sister many a times without any reasons or reasons maybe according to them her parents given verbal custody of her while she was 3-4 years to her tayi ji and Taya ji(elder brother and sister-in-law of her father) and when she was in 8th standard she was again taken back by them as she was ill treated as a child as told by my wife. Now the main issue is that she arises quarrels on small tit bits and seek false help from police to harass me and my family under women's laws also she filed a false complaint in women cell against me and my family which was taken back by her own and the deed was compromised Now she repeatedly tries to humiliate me by taking unrequired financial help from her brother and sisters also she gets used belongings of her siblings and their children for herself and our twin kids aged 5+ years which hurts my self respect whilst I try my best along with my family to fulfill her almost all wishes including expensive dinners in restraunts outings shopping her parlour expenses and other such expenses which may all husband's do but still she never leaves a chance and yesterday also on such an instance we husband n wife had a heated argument and for compromise and stop any physical hurtedness to me by her and by me to her my mother intervened and she raised hand on my mother pulled her hair and make scratches on my mother's face later she called 100 and we all taken to that area police station where they did our counseling, this incidence happened on road in our car, but still things are not under peace and I have a smell that she maybe planning something fishy against me and my family, I am mainly concerned with the retired parents legal security and safety against any false allegations and thereafter my kids future later on my security.
