Pending full & final settlement after 5 months of resignation from ingram micro india pvt ltd

I was working with Ingam Micro India Pvt Ltd and i have resigned in November'17 but still INGRAM MICRO HR is not processing my full and final settlement since last 5 months even i am doing follow ups with HR and management team but few person of management team of INGRAM MICRO Mr. Chandan Bhattacharya & Vijay Pratap Singh are doing partiality and politics with employees and my mistake only that i have raise issue for my rights. Even HR have approved on mail that i will received my pending incentives with F & F settlement but now they have denied to process and that's due to Mr. Chandan Bhattacharya have changed mood and he has present wrong achievement. this kind of things happening with all the ASMs of INGRAM MICRO in INDIA as these kind of Old management people are doing false and wrong mapping of employees and employees have to face problems. i have also mail to INGRAM MICRO MD Mr. Diego Utge Sir but not received single reply in favor and rights for employees. Pls suggest what to do...
