It’s fail over of government organization (CPSE) gender imbalance. But rule is there only in books & paper - The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013
Most of Women safety policy was not reviewed on time to time.
• No age relaxation for women category in new recruitment
• The Women Complaints Committees were mandated to be headed by a woman employee, with not less than half of its members being women, but this mandate guidelines number is not fulfilled in Delhi / Mumbai / Bangalore office, and there is no committee meeting conducted look into the matters of sexual harassment of women at workplace.
• Gender inequalities have significant negative mental health effects in this organization employees.
