Downgrading the post from chief finance officer in the name of redesination and transfer

Sir, I was appointed as Financial Advisor & Chief Accounts Officer in 2010 in Hindustan Prefab Limited 100% Central Govt Undertaking. Since than I have been performing at all level very effectively. There is not a single case of any irregularity on me. I have established myself a prominent officer having acceptability at all level. In 2014 new cmd joined. from very beginning he had problem with me. in my opinion he felt insecure due to my intense presence and acceptability in the Company. Earlier to him, i I had worked with 3 CMD including 1 IAS, all gave me full respect and had full trust on me. Now i come to issue.In January 2018, he called me to clear a disputed bill immediately. My response was not as per his like. After two hours, he himself passed an order. my post redesignated from FA&CAO to DGM (F), transferred to Guwahati and other junior employee Accounts Officer was made Incharge Finance and replace FA&CAO. This was totally illegal. yet i cooperated with management and joined guwahati with verbal assurance to call back. But now he is not doing to call back or uphold my appointed Post of FA&CAO. I want to challenge this illegal order with personal grudge, against company interest and corporate governance. For this I can make appeal to the Board. I want the assistance in filing the appeal to the Board in a very strong, legally worded based on facts available. I seek assistance
