Invalid termination

Hello Ma’am / Sir, My name is Amrita Pancholi. I am the ex-employee of your ICICI Bank service branch Barliyas (6660) in Bhilwara region (Rajasthan).since then I have worked sincerely and achieved so many targets and fully devoted myself for your bank. I have got my termination letter on 19th march 2018. I have been working in Barliyas – 6660 (Bhilwara region) since December 2015. My achievements are- 1. My BUSINESS SCORE CARD is always “top 3” in the region throughout the year. 2. In 2016-2017 I have got “2” rating for my hard work and devotion. 3. I was also a part of SAMVAAD 1 (in this group only those employees are added who have maintained their performances round the year), group created by Mr. Anirudh kamani (Previous business head). 4. You can cross check my behavior with my colleagues, seniors, subordinates, customers and even with the villagers. 5. I was also a part of several regional events. and the result of all above achievements, I got my termination letter from your HR team, because I clicked a wrong picture of a customer’s house for a/c opening it happened due to lack of indication like house number and lane or street number. MR. Suresh Somani (Branch Manager) had also verified it. Sir/madam it was just a co-indence occurred. I also signed KYC declaration form because except the picture of a house every information given in form was correct. Customer is genuine, His signature is genuine, His aadhar card details are correct. There is no financial fraud. I am also attaching a hand written letter of customer with this mail. Seniors could not make any enquiry and ordered for termination without knowing my part. Sir after 2.5 years of my services bank has spoiled my career. Please advise me, what I should do in this matter.
