Termination of Service with False Reason and Without Notice Pay

Hi, I have been working with an IT company in HR department since last 8 month's. However recently when I went for marriage leaves, I received an email stating the company has terminated my services and have relieved me. The reason they stated - low performance and Excess Leaves. Few points I would like to discuss as below: No feedback provided for low performance. No monthly feedback or discussion, no appraisal meets. no intimation or notice sent suggesting area of improvement or any Performance Improvment Programme. No mutual discussion or feedback provided for low performance. Regarding my absenteeism for marriage, it was approved leaves, moreover the company deducted salary for marriage leaves. Again no feedback shared regarding excess leaves. During my marriages leaves I was informed via email that my services are terminates without notice. There is bond provided by company which states both the parties should mutually discuss in case of any disconnect. The decisions should be discussed mutually between both the parties. The appointment letter contains contradicting points compared to The Bond Agreement. The appointment letter states eoth party should pay notice period amount in case of early termination.I was terminated from company without prior notice. I asked them to either let me serve notice period or pay me 2 month notice pay, as they have followed wrong HR practice. They terminated me when I was on approved marriage leaves. how can I claim notice pay for 2 month from company as I was terminated for false reason as there is no gross misconduct or any criminal activity performed by me. Company took my original documents and said they would return them after 1 year. please suggest necessary coarse of action in regards to best information I have mentioned above.
