Inam land

Sir, we are intending to purchase a land in telangana state. as per the pattadar pass books Record of Rights the land is mentioned as anuvamshik ( ancestral ). as per pahani adangal the land is being shown as inam patta in computer on line print, in the old adgangals from 1971 onwards it is being shown as ' inam dastgard'. the land has consistently being shown from 1971 even earlier under patta held as owner. later it has been divieded into 3 hodings among mother and 2 sons after father expired, meanwhile in one particular year it is shown as poramboke - governemnt land in pahanis and the mandal revenue officer wrote to sub registrar and the sub registrar put the sy, nos under prohibited list. lthey say the represented to collector to delete from prohibited lis. and the clearance from collector is expected any time, in support of this they say after 2000 again the pahanis continuously mentioning it as inaam patta but not as governemnt land. in between some names are mentioned in one year as occupants. but they are struck down again as seen from the entries in pahanis. under the cicumstances do you suggest to purchase this land if they get clearancce from the revenue officers to delete in sub registrar records this land from prohibited list.
