498a dv, and crpc 125.

dear sir its all about harrasment from my husband and in laws. married in oct. 2012 filed 498 ain police station in june 2014 after contineous physical and mental torture. filed crpc 125 and dv in 2014. now in answer he wrote that he want me and want to reconcile. but not coming in court. he also refused to go to mediation centre also. i dont know why he wrote that he want to get me back??? is it for gaining sympathy from judge??? he is a business man involved in manufacturing sector... i want to know that if he ask for reconcilement than what should i do??? in 498a and dv.... we are muslim... can he claim for reconcilement and take me back by praying in court.... what should i do... i dont find my self secure with his family... he is telling this inorder to decrease the mantanence amount...... my every item is with him in his home since last 10 months i am staying with my parents..... they have thrown me out of matrimony house at night 8 o'clock so i went to police station and filed 498a.... but didnt went to his home to taake my material back... my every item is with him...... now he is telling for reconcilement but not coming infront of judge .. his lawyer denied for going to mediation centre... what should i do i dont understand. moving ahead with case will lead to reconcilement or not how to proceed further... please guide.....
