Middle Age Man Exploited & Unlawfully Fired From Job
Hello,
I am a middle age man of 47 years – with an work experience of 28 years on mid-senior & senior positions, in India and 14 other countries.
I was appointed in a new job on 31/12/2016, sent to Africa, I got sick with wrong work/living conditions, yet continued to execute my official assignments very successfully.
On 16th March 2017, consequent upon informing my medical condition and other official discrepancies and wrong/manipulating behave from a GM, the given facts were duly considered in a positive way through a VP's mail - in which he admired his work, honesty, talked for further promotion as Country Head, also agreed for my medical treatment in India.
After being back in India, I was fired without any reason/notice/information till now?
Although I was on probation period however, termination like this with no fault, no reason, no information is just a kind of Slaughtering Act to leave a man with no health, no money, no job, no help, forcing me towards more worse condition under psychological harassment, physical harassment, financial harassment. The only mercy act done by that company, that they have paid my pending payments for the month of April 2017 - paid to me on 01/03/2018. No response has been given so far for this physical, psychological and financial harassment even after several mails.
Can someone please help?
