Refund from country club vacations

Sir ,I have agree to purchase a country vacation membership for 10 years they promise with this you will get free club membership for free and one fully paid trip for family for 4days 5nights in their Hyderabad resort including flight tickets food and sight seeing in 99000 but after again forcing I paid extra 30000/- for extended vacations up to 30 years and and two year annual maintenance waive off. But I received their welcome mail showing 99000 and only showing club membership which is free with 10 years vacation as per their promise and also received welcome call for 99000. But in agreement which I signed is showing 1,30,000 but their central customer care team has not accepted their agreement as it is different from welcome call / mail price . Then I came to know they are fraud they are only giving false promises nothing in real and in agreement .I told them to cancel my membership but they are denying I even cancelled my sign in their agreement they don't,t have any hardcopy of agreement they have not given me customer copy first day itself because it is not correct agreement after that I cancelled my all signs in agreement.They only have scanned copy of agreement because of wrong pricing in the agreement their central team not issuing me club membership card and no action after 45 days.In my membership profile also showing extra paid -30000. They want me to sign me a new agreement with less price but I don,t want to continue with them as they are fraud. I want refund what should I do
