Not paying salary after Termination

On 5th March I was told that I am being terminated for taking one day sick leave in the month of February 2018, for which I was instructed to serve every Saturday in the month of March. But the problem here is every Saturday company is not open. Being a woman they asked me to come to office for every Saturday and work alone in the company. I didn't find the instruction suitable to my safety as a result of which I politely denied to my reporting manager that I will not come to office and work alone on all Saturday's. Next day, my reporting manager informed me verbally that you have been terminated for not following this instruction. I gladly accepted it and asked them to provide me 30 days backup period in order to find other job opportunities. (Note: I am on Probation Period) They agreed to my 30 days back notice period and told me your last working day will be 5th April 2018 and they have taken my salary on hold for the month of February. (Note: 12th date of every month is when our salary is being transferred, so they didn't provided my February month salary) But just today (13 March 2018) I find out that they have no intention to pay me. The Director is forcing me to write a resignation mail to the management. I denied this completely. I got to from some colleagues that there are a lot of employees who have filed multiple cases against this company in the past and they dint provided 2-3 months salary to them. They have already hold my 40 days salary (1 February - 12 March 2018) I don't want to work for them for another 25 days and in return get nothing from them. My question is: 1. Can I ask them to cancel the one month back up period requested by me and tell them to terminate me from my services right now? 2. In case i don't get my 40 days salary from them, then what steps should be taken by me in order to make sure that I get my money back from them. Note: I am 24 year old girl from Delhi and I am on Probation Period right now.
