Unable to change the banking details by the Home Finance Instituion.
Hello everyone,
My query is if the financial institution is been informed to change the banking details from HDFC to AXIS refilling the NACH form with proper details 3 times in a year but it isn't changed. The financial institution is over charging with all the acts & the penalties. Also if they are been asked about the NACH rejection they aren't intimating nor providing any details for it. They are just asking again to refill the NACH form. Everyday they are calling by different people of the company & sometimes on the same day 2 to 3 different people. Explaining them the scenario & they just inform they would callback or asking me to approach the branch of the company. If visited to the branch they are just pushing & hareshing to pay the total loan amount with all the penalties. If asked about the NACH no reply. They are just calling up any time of the day giving mental problems. This thing is going on since a year. They are sending the warning notice but they aren't replying for the NACH rejection. Paying penalties to the Home Finance company & bank for cheque dishonor is seriously breaking down from monetary & mentally as well. Please help me with your advice.
