Villa Springs - Recovery Suite

Hi Team, I am a resident and owner of a house at Hyderabad it is not a aparment it is a independent villa. An year ago I have purchased this house and signed the bylaws which I have seen only on the registration day. Though it is a gated community there are three houses which are outside the gate and facing government main road without a wall and a gate. Our RWA illegally constructed a divider on the government ground, planting few trees and said thats our garden. Society is collecting 4,000 Rs per month from each house. We refused to pay the maintenance from day one as they do not have amenities worth 4000. There are collecting maintenance for Garden,Usable Water, Generator and Security. We informed them as we are on the road and do not belong to the gated community give us only the amenities we require like usable water. We were ready to pay for the water connection and asked them to send us bill for water supply every month but they refused, saying as you have signed the bylaws you are liable to pay even for the services you do not use. As we refused to pay the maintenance because we are out of the gated community they have filed a recovery suite. Is there a way for us to opt out of there society? as we want to avail municipality service like other house's do. I have never been a defaulter and I pay all my taxes on time. Could someone please help me as I and my wife both lost our jobs and are in financial crisis
