Obc (non creamy layer) eligibility for wards of lic of india employee - urgent
With reference to M/o Personnel, PG and Pensions, D/o Personnel & Training OM:

(a) Whether sons/daughters of parents, either of whom (father or mother only) is a "Direct Recruit" to Development Officer in LIC of India is eligible for OBC-NCL certificate under Category II B or II C?
(b) Whether Category VI i.e. Income/Wealth Test would be applied to sons/daughters of parents, either of whom is a "Direct Recruit" to Development Officer in LIC of India to determine the eligibility for OBC-NCL certificate? Would they be considered as 'creamy layer' considering the Gross Annual Income declared in Income Tax Return?
(c) What is the scope of "Income from salaries or agricultural land shall not be clubbed" in Category VI?
2. The above mentioned designation “Development Officer” means a whole-time salaried employee of the Corporation belonging to Class II; as per Life Insurance Corporation of India (Recruitment of Apprentice Development Officers) Regulations, 1999 (https://www.licindia.in/getattachment/Bottom-Links/RTI/Further-discloser-regarding-Section-4(1)-(b)/REVISED_ADO_RECRUITMENT_ADMINSTRUCTION-28-10-05.pdf.aspx)
I am not able to deduce the equivalent posts that has been mentioned in the OM 41034/5/2014-Estt.(Res.) Vol. IV - Part 06/10/2017
3. The Gross Annual Income of employee is above eight lakhs for a period of three consecutive years. There is no other source of income.
4. The employee did not get into any other superior post or Class I at age of 40 or earlier.
