My Mother's sole property

My mother has purchased a plot of 2500 Sq.yards on her own 35 years ago and she is the sole owner and she is a christian by birth and she is still alive and filed a petition against me that I need to take care of her under the senior citizen act. I am as a Son got married and living by myself, where I don't get support from any of my relatives including from my father's end as well as from my mother's end. Also I have a younger sister who is not yet married. So when the Sub-magistrate called for an hearing, all I explained him is my financial status and also told him that I will be able to take care of my mom if she stays with me but my mom refused as me and my wife would kill her. So all I requested the Sub-magistrate that to divide the plot in to three such as 1000 Sq.yards to me and 1000 Sq. yards on my sister and renaming on my moms name 500 sq.yards on her name. Then I will take care of her( with sole responsibility of my own if anything happens to her me and my wife will be responsible) by buying a separate house for her to stay and other things which are needed by her. but she refused and also the Sub-magistrate said that this has to be delt my civil courts and I am not the concerned person for this. So kindly help how I should proceed to get a security in my financial status .
