Mental harassment by boss

I joined this company in jul17 as deputy manager. Later on in dec17 I came to know that this company is getting closed by March 18. Only because of this the management extended my probation period .and gave me extension letter mentioning poor performance. While the performance criteria was not discussed with me . On 8th Feb 18 in the morning I found my pc was missing . I visited to plant head office that regarding this then he very harshly and rudely said MERI MARZI..vaise bhi tum time pass hi kar Rahi ho. I requested him to provide me same for some mails etc. But he shouted and refused. I felt very insulated. And wrote a letter to corporate reg same . I got an answer and reply that they will escalate. In the same day evening due to the management pressure although plant head called me and told me in a changed tone that as I was not having work so he shifted my pc . And told me to sit in other area. Till date I have not received my pc. And sitting idle . I am mentally very much disturbed and planning to resign . Even I have not received any progress on the complain which I made to corporate team Sushila
