Property shares when Redevelopment done

Hello Sir, i am resident of Mumbai, we are 3 members in family mother father and myself. I have one question regarding property dispute which is located at South Mumbai. The property was in Pagdi system earlier but 3 years Back it was developed and completed in 2017. My grandmother was alive till 2016 and we have made the agreement with builder in 2 names I.e. 1st name - Grand Mother and 2nd - my father ..and also with 2 nominees. Under 1st - My father's elder brother and under 2nd - my mother name. My grand father expired in the year 2001. My grand mother having 4 childs i.e my father, 2 uncles (1 died) and one aunt (married). We are total 4 members were resides in the same property and my father's elder brother was not live with us from last 40 years. He is having another 2 properties in Mumbai. His is not having even ration card AADHAR card or any documents of the same address. Now he wants a 50 percent shares of the property as a nominee after the death of my Grand Mother and other my aunt and one of my deceased Uncle's 3 daughters have filed a suit for the same equal share. Please kindly let me know..what will be the result in future.. we have got the possession of the property from court but the final decision is pending.
