Dispute

Dear sir, We were joint family , I was student and my father was retired person ( with No balance). My elder brother started working and took care of my education and family expenses. My elder brother working in abroad, with his money he brought a plot on my fathers name and built a house ( still property name on fathers name). In mean time he also brought another house on his name and recently cleared loan. Now my brother is asking for transfer of house that's on my fathers name to him. Hes saying he has all source of money documents that's transferred to father or my account with him.Though saying all can stay together and has no issue but house to be transferred to his name. We both brothers are married and with kids. But my father and mother are adamant on transferring on my name, Though i started working recently but salary is approximately 20000 p/m. Kindly as I started feeling insecure, and future looks dark kindly request your advice and legal prospects on this issue. Since lot of family tension going on, your advice on the issue will be great help Thanking you. Jiten
