Eviction tenant urgent Landlord Ill

Sir please help. My father is a dialysis patient for past six years. He gave to rent to our ground floor to a person on the basis of verbal agreement on 2016 . The man said his flat is being built. But after two months we got to know from local sources it was a lie. And people from his past locality started coming claiming lot of money. This man continued to pay rent in cash. Last year april my father had a severe bus accident. And he was badly bed ridden being a kidney patient too. We were busy in his treatment and recovery. Without any notice this man started paying rent through money order. And people from locality started to warn us that he will not leave our house. In the meantime his wife fled from our house . As this man is characterless and having an affair with his brothers daughter. They started living together in our place. And his wife came last friday with her brothers and caught them red handed. He started beat them. And it was furious. We called the police and he was caught that day but next day he managed bail. His wife did 498 against him. In this condition we have no intention to renew tenancy with him . My father requested him to leave. But he threatened my father that he did not have any agreement and he would go to rent control. Sir please suggest me a way so that we can evict him . He is very shrewd and dangerous . How can we deal with him. My father is extremely ill and we are two ladies staying at home very unsafe. Please suggest a way out. We dont want any court procedure as it will take lot of time. First let me know if he goes to the rent control will it help him as he has the money order reciet but no agreement. Please help me.
