Full and Final settlement

Hi! I was working for a research firm and got relieved from my services on 22nd Jan. The highlights of my resignation: 1. I had emailed my resignation to my reporting manager on 10th Dec 2017, on which no revert was shared via her end. 2. Via verbal communication she acknowledged my resignation. 3. Technically my notice period was getting over on 10th Jan 2018, however on late 9th Jan 2018 , I was informed that my resignation is not accepted. 4.Being part of sales, my reporting manager told me that either I need to serve 3 months long notice period or clear the entire outstanding there in the market. 5.As we have this quaterly attendance versus salary deduction, she has shared no information against majority of attendance, i.e she had no information of the meetings I had gone to since August 2017 to Dec 2017. 6.My last working day was 22nd JAn 2018 7. Due to her these remarks, my entire 2 months (Dec and Jan) fnf will turn out to be zero. Though my fnf date is on 12th Mar, if she still maintains her statement ( depsite of my proof shared against each meeting) can they deduct my entire FnF. If yes, then what is the next step I need to make. Regards Paranoid ex-employee
