Living separately since NOV 2013 & shes having a affair ....

I got married in 2010 & since November 2013. He had differences in our marriage from day 1 & she has moved to her parents house multiple times & each time I brought her back after she apologized for her mistakes. Her behavior had been violent & very loud as if shes mentally unstable. In November 2013 she blamed me of having a relation outside our marriage & moved back to her parent's house. Her allegations were totally false which I even cleared her. We are living separately since then. During the same time I even contacted her parents to intervene & help in fixing this marriage but they never contacted me till date. Now I do not wish to continue this marriage any more. She has started threatening me for alimony & maintenance. What ever money I deposited in her account (in lacs) she has spend every penny clubbing, parties with her friends, late night drinking, booking hotel rooms with her boyfriend (she's having a relation). Before leaving my house she had also stolen all the jewelry (including my mother's & Sister's) along with cash from my cupboard. She is not ready to return any thing at all. Can I get divorce without paying her any thing also can recover jewelry ?? Regards SK
