Resale of property

I am a land owner in bhubaneswar weights 2000sqft. I bought this land 15 years before from a builder. While buying this land i checked the land details at registry office and they showed me 14 years of history and the only owner was the builder itself. Now i am facing 2 probs with this land. 1) there is no road linked to it. I asked the builder about this but builder is hiding from me and not giving solution. The 3 neighborhood land owners are local gundas and they are threatening me to take away my land in free. But one neighbor on 4th side came forward to buy our land. And here it comes the 2nd problem. 2) He agreed to buy our land and gave all the money. while registering the land he extracted the history from 1960s. And in 1962 first it was owned to another person then it was resaled to builder again. Then builder gave this land to me. So the 4th neighbor denied to buy the land from me. And he took back his all the money. Now there are two owners of the land, and while buying the land 15yrs before i made boundary walls for protection. And for last 15yrs nobody came to me for claim. Today also boundary wall is there. I have all the government documents with my name, and in registry office also i am the owner of land. Sir please advice how can i get a road to my land, And who is the actual owner of the land.
