Company denying notice period salary and travel expense reimbursement in FNF

Dear All, I have been working with this company for more that 4 years as a regular employee in mid management. Till August'16 company was operating in 7 states but due to losses decided to restrict to only one state. But company, telephonic, asked me and many others 9 some 50 employees) to resign stating change in strategy and that our services were not required. But before sending my resignation, after 4 days of said telephonic communication my reporting manger asked me not to resign. Those 4 days I was mentally under extreme pressure also some family issues were there so I had planned to visit my hometown. I informed him that I will join after coming back from my scheduled visit. But CEO insisted to either work from next day or I resign and ultimately said to separate paths. I obeyed and sent my resignation with 3 month notice which they accepted and relieved me on very next day. But to my shock, when FNF was sent to me for approval it didn't includes notice period salary of 3 months and also my 2 months travel expense reimbursement. On contacting they are saying that we offered you the opportunity to continue but you resigned on your own and so we will not pay any dues other than earned leaves. Even after 4 months of I am unemployed and company's denial of my righteous money is mental agony. 1. Do I have legal right on notice pay and reimbursement of expenses. 2. Where shall I approach to claim the same. 3. How much time will it take to get result.
