Can we get share of land

Hello Sir, I have a below question. Can you please clarify, I would like to explain in detail about my query. My grand father had 4 sons and he has died 15 years ago but his property is not yet shared. Along with my grand father property my father was farming in some other land owners property. They had rented it to us. In that my father and 2 uncles were farming. They hadn't given the rent for 14 years and when they went to that landlord to give the rent he said instead of rent you can buy the property itself. During that time one of my uncle made the entire property on his name instead of making it on grand father name. My grand father was alive during that time. But my father is uneducated and he was not aware of all these. They all thought that its in our grand father name but now got to know that my uncle has done the registration on his name. Now is it possible to file a case against him to get the share? Also our land is still on grand father name. Same uncle is using 3 guntas(3000sqft) of land and he is saying he wants 3 gunta, only then he will agree for dividing the property from grand father to us. Could you please suggest what can be done for this?
