Wife's Transfer

My Wife is currently working in Dena Bank Nadiad (Gujarat) and she has applied for transfer to Gurgaon in Jan 2017. but the first transfer that was given to her was in Panchkula because she mentioned north zone as suggested by her zonal HR. But then the same was modified to Delhi Zone. Now the order has reached the zonal office 5 weeks back but still not in the branch. I personally talked to the DRM and tried to get the timeline. As stated by him, the order has reached the Zonal Office. Also, he commented on her transfer to panchkula, that North and Delhi region was one zone and due to which the HR suggested to mention North Zone. which i believe is a lie as the bifurcation has been done long before. While raising the request Gurgaon was mentioned clearly in Bold letters and also, in the preferred 2 branches name Gurgaon was mentioned but these three places were overlooked. Due to this confusion 4 months have been wasted and because of that some other person was transferred instead and we are again waiting for the reliever. Kindly help me out with the way forward and please tell me where I or my wife can go to get the information. As a husband do i have the right to seek information from the bank as they are not giving any clear cut answer to the queries when my wife is asking them. thanks deep prakash
