How to get possession of joint gharbari parental property?

We had a joint family ,my father had two younger brother(my uncle) and i have a elder brother.they have a joint gharbari land property which one is in the name of 3 person like as my father and my two uncle.we two brother buy jointly 1/3 of that plot with registration from one uncle and my elder brother divided the possession.after few years i independently buy 1/3rd of this plot from my second uncle with registration and also got new patta no. With possession.now we two brother are the joint share of the 2/3rd of whole plot. father and two uncle and their wives are dead. PROBLEM- THE problem is ,the plot is divided in 9shares as old possession (only in mutual possession no record in map/naxa)and I want take the new possession with a mutual understanding with my elder brother as making it two legal share .but he don't want to solve it and by force he has occupied more share as per his suitable place.i am unable to make a home after holding 6 share of the plot cos in different place of old possessions. Kindly suggest if any legal solution ? Thanks.
