Upper flat leakage in sra society

Hello Sir, I stay on the 2nd floor of an SRA Society, and I'm the owner of the said flat. I'm having a great amount of leakage from the above flat since 10 months. I had asked the owner to do the repairs numerous times. I even suggested that I will bear the entire expense. But he is not allowing to do any repairs. I complained to our Society, they have been very helpful. They provided their personal plumber and said that they will take on the expenses. But even after numerous requests, the owner of the said flat is not allowing me, the plumber and even the society members to even enter his house. We can obviously NOT get inside his house forcefully in a legal manner. We also filed a police complaint regarding all this, as the owner is just doing it purposely with the intention to harass me. But the police did not take the complaint dispatch. This problem has continued for 10 months now, and I'm very tired and discouraged due to all this. The Society members entirely being on my side, what are the options available to me? What can I do? Please Help.
