Company not paying my salary

Hello Sir/Mam, Greetings of the day...!! I am working in an IT company from 14th of August 2017.Last month company gave me salary cheque but they have stopped my cheque payment and told me that we have stopped your cheque payment due to signature issue.But when I have confirmed from my bank they have told me that there is no signature issue that was stopped by dwawer.Even my bank statement transaction status also showing payment stopped by drawer. After that they gave me another cheque and that was credited successfully.I have concern to company to give me surity about that they have stopped the cheque due to signature issue and that will not happen in future in written.But they did not give me any surity.So I have told them to stop my services with company until you didn't give me any surity regarding salary.But they said me to resign from company and serve the notice period of one month. I have resign from the company on 19th December 2017 and serving my notice period. On salary day company didn't pay my december salary(rest of notice period days) and when I concern with HR she has told me to give my salary on my last day but this was not right.I have requested them to pay december working days salary then they gave me a cheque of 10000/-.But this was also cancel and returned by bank.So at last I haven't received my salary. So According to my notice period my last day in company is 20th January 2018.Even they didn't provide me any other person till that time whom I can give my project handover. Please help me that how I can solve this problem so that I can receive my salary. Thanks & Regards Gaurav Kumar
