Buying a plot

I have bought ceased plot from a Bank through the Auction process. I have provided the 25% of the amount and got 15 days time to buy the plot. I went to the location and plotted a demarcation stones around the plot. But immediately after i have ploted the stones two persons working for a business man came to me and said that the plot is theirs and all the stones marked in the area are being moved from one place to the other in the land and my plot is in the area where someone from political background has illegally taken the area of the land ans is under dispute now. I have marked the plot as per the marking available and with the help of a local real estate fellow. Not sure how to resolve this. It seems they are also having documents and even myself which are from Bank. Btu the location of the plot is unsure for all of us. The personal claiming the plot is his has got 19 plots in that area and he says some 20 other plots are in the illegally conquered area by a political person and my plot is also positioned in that zone. I have not registered yet as i am unsure of what needs to be done. Can you please advise on this. I even went to MRO office there and was told they will not demarcate the plots and will only come for agricultural lands for demarcation. How to resolve this. Please advise whether i need to go for this or not. the papers from Bank are clear and even the EC. the Manager is saying he will take care and meet the MRO with the other details. How risky this is.
