Fraud case, person not returning the money

Hi, This is manoj gavali my contact number is [deleted] and my case is below Ramanand Chandrabhushan Yadav-Number-[deleted] ,Address=203,Sector 34, Kamothe, Panvel, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra Prabhakar singh-[deleted] Ramanand took 2 lakh Rs in march and we decided to buy a new car for ola business and he promised that he will give us car delivery in 45 days but 60 days gone still car did not delivered so we informed him that give us our money back but he refused to give us our money and he gave us 2 cheques for returning money but both times cheques got bounce we did not receive our money we tried calling both person but they were not responding to us. Then we went to police station that they again promised that we will give your car delivered in 10 days but again same thing happened we got frustrated and then in call they are abusing to me and my parents. they were using our 2 lakh money for there personal purpose. In december month they give us our car and they asked us to pay more money bcz price has been higher again they took 20000 from us and that time they told that they will return but they did not return They took extra money form us for car interior design accessories,mobile devices ,car tracker they took 35000 from us but when we saw in the car that nothing over there they are just taking money from us and not fulfilling there promises. contract was like he took our car on rent basis for 4 years and he will give us 30k fix income on per month but he did not give any money and he did sign any contract They both are big fraud person in Mumbai,thane,new Mumbai. Please help us in this problem. Thanks
