Fire for poor performance

Dear sir, Jagadish here, working in a mnc organisation in overseas , I hv joined as manager for for a dept. in the organization, Initially, they were good and another person was working under me supervisor label and he left. So they asked to do me his work also, though it was a physical work still I followed as I was new. After few days one more merchandiser left, they asked me to that also. But there was no email communication…only verbal instruction. My reporting was to factory manager/ garments head ( when absent). But slowly, the PD manager started complaining to higher management about my poor performance, Attitude problems like this, And when I realized that, that person is intentionally trying to harass me, By complaining to higher management , giving physical work and change his talk and not co-operating in the work like this…... I stopped talking to that person….though initially , I was talking and obeyed all instruction… And I suggested him repeatedly, that you provide me some person so that I can train them my physical work. As my profile is to manage the worker not to hard physicaly labor work and Secondly , after 20 years of experience in this field , at this age its difficult to do this kind of laborious work also that know very well. Still, that PD manager has lot of ego and close to CEO of the company, So I don’t hv other option but to be silent.. and do what ever possible, Since , I have to look in house washing work as well as outdoor job work also,
