Help in Termination from service matter

Hello respected Advocates I need your help in my service matter. I was terminated from a reputed Private Institution (Affiliated Engineering College in Rajasthan) from the post of Assistant Professor. I was working with this institute since 2008 on contractual base (First tenure was of 5 years & second letter was given for 3 years). Now, the institute suddenly terminated me by the language given in the termination order is as “The management committee has unanimously resolved that services of Mr…. cannot be continued without prejudice to the interest of the institution, therefore in view of proviso (iii) of section 18 of Rajasthan Non-Government Educational Institutions Act, 1989 his services are terminated with immediate effect and salary of six months is transferred in his bank account.”. After the termination the consent of Director, Technical Education has been taken in written. Here, in this case before passing the termination order neither the notices were given nor enquiry was conducted, so without giving opportunity of hearing, the impugned, stigmatic order has been passed. This institute is governed by the Trust. Here one more point is very important that the signing authority (Director) is not competent (he is 71 years plus and also in record of the university his is only Professor and someone else is on the post of Director/Principal). My service as well as result was excellent. Also number of students gave the positive feedback in support of me to the management also by taking CC to me. I know, I was not wrong at any point but it was due to jealousy due to a huge difference in % marks as well as in educational qualification between me and some ….Sr. Mng. Parsons. Also, due to the honesty & truth speaking habit. Know what I have to do? What possibility is in this case? How can I get justice? Can I have some citations in support of my case?
