Will there be any share for the person separated from joint family?

I am from Chittoor Dist of Andhra Pradesh state. My Grand Father, G. Rami Reddy, had 4 sons (1. G. Bala Reddy-Passed away some time in 2007, 2. G. Chenga Reddy- Separated from joint family on 25-May-1968 by taking Rs5000, same has been registered in Sub registrar office, 3. G. Cheeral Reddy, 4. my Father G. Venkata Reddy-Passed away on 23-Apr-2015) and 4 daughters (all are married before 1975) and living separately. Since 2nd son separated from joint family, remaining 3 sons were enjoying the agriculture land equally since 1970 (Approximately). After my father passed away, this second son was demanding us for equal share (1/4th). According to revenue records, entire asset is in the name of my grandfather G.Rami Reddy (Pattadar) and for the land which we are enjoying (4th son G. Venkata Reddy), enjoyment is in the name of my father, G. Venkata Reddy. However the 1st son's legal hirer (wife and only daughter) wants this property to be partitioned in 4 equal parts and provide equal share to 2nd son (G. Chenga Reddy, who was separated legally from joint family when my grandfather was alive). Based on revenue adangal and ROR records, can I get Patta pass book (ownership for 1/3rd of asset)? Please provide next action steps, If revenue department is not willing to provide me patta pass book.
