Suit for Cancellation of Pattadar Pass Book and Title Deeds I have applied rti following the format suggested in these columns (6 topics based on steps to be taken by MRO prior to issuance of pattadar pass book and tittle deed) PIO responded that they don't have requested details. Appealed to Appellate Authority, no response. Appealed to CIC. CIC sent letter to DRO. DRO sent letter to RDO. No response. Escalated to CIC. No Action. My research indicated that in the past MRO had issued pattadar pass book and tittle deed .via backdoor methods without conducting any inquiry. I approached CCLA in Andhra Pradesh. CCLA Advised to knock the door of Collector (ROR), because Collector (ROR) is the revisional authority. Wrote to Collector (ROR). Collector (ROR) sent my petition to RDO, with advise to me that if I am not satisfied with the RDO response then I should file revision petition under section 9 of ROR. After multiple reminders and escalation, RDO responded saying that my petition is not in the prescribed format besides being genourous he reviewed the case and because we are not in possession of the Land or Passbook or Title Deed, the petition is dismissed with option to file revised petition to Collector (ROR) within 60 Days. I am looking for a format and a sample to file revision petition in the Collectors Court for Cancellation of pattadar pass book and tittle deed issued to the respondents. Please help.
