My manager imposing me resign from my job without reason and without official communication.
I joined a private organization in Trivandrum Technopark 1.5 years back. Relocated to Trivandrum from such a long distance, the company did not pay any relocation charges for that while joining. Successfully completed the probation and got confirmation as a permanent employee. After confirmation, they did not revise my pay and said that after one year they would do that. After one year also, they did not revise my salary. Got another offer, and put my papers down. This time they come up with another story, gave false promises, and requested me to withdraw the resignation. Withdrawn the resignation. Without my knowledge, they changed the department under which I was recruited and working. Very nicely they pushed two appraisal cycles without revising the salary. We may have an appraisal in March 2018. I have no hopes on that happen. They are not even providing the basic facilities such as tissue papers, handwash in the restroom, transportation, tea/snacks etc. We are bearing a lot. Now, the Deputy GM called and informed me that I have to resign from my services without showing any reason and prior intimation and the compensation that they are going to give. I don't even have another offer in hand, and these people are forcing me to move out from the company. Till now, everything is verbal communication only, and there is no official communication. They have given me the last date (Dec 31, 2017)and threating me. They didn't send any termination email till now. What is the reason behind it? What to do and how to face this situation? I'm really good at work and productive also. I have dependent parents and children and have no other income source. They are torturing me every day asking to resign from services. Here I have a few questions:
1. Do they (HR deputy GM, My project manager) have the right of forcing me to resign?
2. Why are they not communicating the same through official email?
3. Will they have the power of termination?
4. What to do if they terminate me without reason? Do I need to contact local labor commission for the harassment and torture they are putting?
Please suggest me.
