Fraudulent sale of my land by my brother

My Father registered lands to his 3 daughters in on same day in 2005 and in 2006 my father shared balance property to my 2 brothers in 10rs stamp paper in presence of an advocate and in which they clearly are written as they ratifying the lands registered to 3 daughters. we let my 2nd brother cultivate the land on a condition to look the well being of my father. 6 months back my father died so i asked my brother to hand over the land then he said he sold the land. after enquiry it came to know that he sold the land with different survey number and the buyer also know that the land belongs to me. My brother not inherited any land in my survey number or the survey number based on which he sold the land nor has any land with those boundaries. I have my other sister registered documents and also the written share agreement between my 2 brothers.. I applied to register for cancellation of my brother sold document.. what legal action can I take? Mention the section along with act so that i can go through those sections once, what kind of suits can i file ?
