Share of daughter in fathers ancestral property

I am 20 years old an only daughter from Assam. My father has been selling ancestral lands for over 30 years now depriving my mother and I and Does Not give us expense for education or food or clothes or house to stay. I am sitting at home for the last 2 years after my class 12 boards and my mother has been running the expenses for the both of us since I was 5 years old. My mother and I stay in a rented house. Now we cannot live this life anymore because we are both suicidal and want to live off the property if there is a possibility. Sometimes he even threatens me to deprive me of all the property (which is many). Can he do that? If someone can please give me a solid solution because I want to see him in jail and also he suffers from a mental disorder Schizophrenia. Is it possible for my mother to take over the property and handle it sincerely? Can she completely nullify him in court and give him the life he deserves and his mother. His mother (my grandmother) also is depriving me and telling him what to do. I want to send them both to jail. Please help me.
